What was essentially some practice with Marvelous Designer to create some garments turned out to be some girl being infected. Created some weird noise emissive shader in C4D and painted on top of it in photoshop. Oh boy... Marvelous Designer + Zbrush + Daz + C4D + Octane Render + Photoshop
