Mandla is a cybernetically enhanced human being that has gone to extreme lengths to replace and sync his own optics with his pet lionesses that he has tamed.
Mandla is capable of gazing through the eyes of Mhambi and Sizani from a distance and uses them for scouting as well as a weapon of fear and destruction.
